First Weekend in Rexburg!

I was able to spend my first weekend up in Rexburg, Idaho. For those of you who don't know, Trevor decided to switch his major from business to animal science. Problem being, BYU does not have a animal science program in Provo; thus, I will be packing up and moving to BYU-I even though I am graduated. Trevor is already up there and has about another 3 semesters left - assuming he stays on course!

Now, I must first address how madly in love I am with my fiance. I am sorry for you other girls who don't get to marry him. I could be happy living in a 3rd world country with him. I just never thought I'd end up in Rexburg.

Let me tell you a little about the town. You can walk from one end to other end in probably about 45 minutes...and that's walking slow. There are two main restaurants, Applebees and Bajios. REST IN PEACE ZUPAS.....There exists one gym (World Gym; thus leading to Trevor's conclusion, "There are more fat girls here than any other city in the world". The high average temperature in the month of January is a balmy 27 degrees, hence none of the apartments/homes/condos have AC. There is a gorgeous new LDS temple being built and dedicated Feb. 3! :)

I really love my fiance.

I need some ideas. There are basically no job opportunities in the Rexburg area. Unless of course you are interested in managerial positions at Wal Mart or Wendys!

Trevor and I have been talking about the possibility of starting my own business. Share me any ideas you might have...Any business plan that has been sitting in your gut? I feel like college students spend money on two things: food and entertainment so most of our ideas have been centered on those two areas.

Andrea I love your post. I guess I didn't realize you were leaving UT so soon. As Ryan would say, "I got nothing." concerning what you should do for a job. But, I will do some thinking...there has to be something to do! :) I'll let you know what I come up with...Maybe we can be business partners and you can run your half out of Rexburg, and I'll run my part out of Liberty Lake (Spoakne area)... ;)

andrea love... i have been thinking about the possibility of becoming a shade rep on the side... you might have great success doing that in such a mormon-saturated town, and you'd be throwing parties and making girlfriends, it might just be the perfect thing! www.shadeclothing.com and I think it's called "personal shopper."
