Not only am I locked into another year of ridiculous contracts...
1) Tmobile does not have servive in Parma, ID (Where we are moving in 3 weeks)
2) My Pink Razor started acting drunk - won't turn on, won't turn on, vibrates, freezes randomly.
3) TMobile refuses to send me a new one b/c my warranty was up 01/08.
4) I don't qualify for an upgrade without renewing my contract another 2 years.
Screw u Tmobile. And your annoying jingle.

So, if anyone has any old Tmobile capeable phones they would like to sell me. I'd be happy to purchase. Assuming your prices are below the minimum $150 Tmobile wants me to pay for their crap phones, which don't work or get service.

You let it out girl! Did you try throwing the phone? That helps..seriously! Or drop it in the toilet. My niece did that to mine and it still worked. I walked in the bathroom and there was a light shining up from the bottom of the toilet. Kind of scary!
did you know that if you tell them you are moving to a place that does not have tmobile service they will cancel your contract for free? put up a fight.
Don't give up. Call the VP. That worked for me and Sprint! Also check craigslist and ebay for phones. Does your bro have one?
I have been having the same problems with my phone as well..(I have the pink razor too) But it does more than just freeze...My SIM card somehow gets loose and my calls drop ALL THE TIME. I hate it. I am so sick of the razor...my screen collects dust behind where I can't clean it without popping off the screen..I am right there with you about the phone. I agree with Jenna tho, just tell them that you are moving and they will do just about anything for you if you tell them that you need to cancel.
if you are in fact stuck in their contract and you dont get out by the "i'm moving" plea (which I fully endorse), i do have a t-mobile motorola phone that is not the sleekest cutest but is only 2 yrs old and works perfectly. you can have it for free. (that is, as long as it's where i think it is in our storage!)
Jeff is great. He is going to be home in like 4 1/2 months which is insane! I'm not sure where two years have gone but I can't wait for him to get home. He and my sister are heading out to Dixie this fall, so hopefully he'll find a wife and then Laney will get some more cousins! :)
If it makes you feel any better, my Nokia not-cute phone from AT&T just did the same thing. Well, kind of. It likes to short-circuit and turn itself off, and makes a sizzling sound, and sometimes has sparks coming off it. Crazy. I begged to get a new one and had to extend my lame contract...but hey, sometimes you just need a phone!!!
Amen! Except that my contract is for another two years...i'm seriously considering paying the 200 and getting out of contract all together! there are so many places here in NY where tmobile doesn't work either. they got us trapped in utah b/c they were so cheap and as students we'd do anything for the cheapest thing, so we could buy cute clothes or eat out with friends! ahhhh! ok, i'm off my soap box now. but i hear you!
haha..so in the same boat with the tmobileness...lame!! Wish I had a phone to give you but I'm always losing/busting mine so I'm a one at a time phone user..unfortunately!
