Nothing like a kick in the crotch.

Yesterday and today, Treyson has decided to rotate into what seems, a standing position. His kicking is no longer outward but downward - right at my bladder/crotch. Awesome.

A ton of my friends w/kids have been on me about taking more pictures of my belly. I succumbed, and took some today - but to be honest - I'm really not getting the whole "pregnancy is beautiful" thing; thus, I avoid such photo shoots.

For some reason, our new camera is sucking majorally so ignore the wierd lines.
26 weeks. No, I'm not having twins. And if my pants look weird, it's because they are undone. I walk around daily with undone pants. It's quite liberating.

My face isn't too chubby yet. I'm sure by Christmas, I'll be rockin the double chin. Like father, like daughter.
Thanks Uncle Logan for the sweet shirt.

MEET THE PONDERS.

Tonight, I'm missing my family. Even my little sister, whom, although we live in the same city, always seems to choose cute boys over me. (Strange, isn't it?) Meet the Ponders.

For Mom(s)

I can't seem to KICK this fluish/coldish/west nile virus type and its frusterating the heck out of me. Then, to make things awesomer, I have had bouts of nausea the last few days. Yummy barf. Oh, and some lady at the temple asked if I was having twins. Sweet - fat.

So tonight, when Trev was at his basketball game and I was watching the ridiculous debate, I broke down in tears (again, not a rarity). The only person I really wanted (sorry Trev) was my mom.
24 years old. Lived away from home for 6 years. Still want my mom.

Then, as I wiped away the snot (for you visual learners), I had a thought.

I'm almost a mom now. Now someone needs me.

Oh, shiz.

School's Out

So I'm not teaching this week because schools are out in this area of Idaho. Why you ask?

SPUD HARVEST WEEK!!
School is out for a week so kids can go pick spuds. How random is that? (Idaho is strange). I considered going and helping but I'm getting to the "awkward bending over stage" and figured it wouldn't be too pleasant to get stuck in a bending position.

AND PS. I need some crafty projects and books to work on this week with Trev out of town (cattle buying in Wisconsin). Ideas please!?!?!

Trevor's Musings

My husband is hilarious. Well, I think he is....Note said conversation:

Trevor: Andrea, I think this whole pregnancy deal is making your boobs grow.

Andrea: Well, I guess. That happens as your body prepares to produce milk.

Trevor: Sick. Good thing they're growing. I was afraid our kid was going to starve with those boobs.

**NOTE - I have discovered bigger boobs = bigger butt. Hey, can't win 'em all.**
PS. Sorry about the lack of "exciting" posts. We don't do much but work and school lately.
